Welcome to Summit Drive Systems. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases, installations, and use of Summit Drive Systems products ("Units"). By purchasing, installing, or using any Unit, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, install, or use our products.
To maintain warranty eligibility, ALL customers must follow the installation requirements below. These requirements apply to all transmissions, torque converters, coolers, and ECU-related components sold by Summit Drive Systems.
Summit Drive Systems provides warranty coverage only when all installation requirements have been followed, required documentation has been submitted, the Unit has not been tampered with, the warranty seal is intact, and the Unit has not been damaged due to improper installation, contaminated systems, or incorrect fluid.
Warranty does not cover labor costs, towing, vehicle downtime, damage caused by improper installation or contaminated systems, damage caused by failure to follow OEM specifications, or damage caused by missing or incorrect ECU flashing.
Summit Drive Systems reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet these requirements.
Summit Drive Systems is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of income, vehicle downtime, improper installation performed by third parties, or damage caused by contaminated systems, incorrect fluids, or failure to follow OEM procedures.
Your sole remedy under these Terms is limited to repair or replacement of the defective Unit, at Summit Drive Systems' discretion.
Returns or exchanges may only be approved if the Unit is unused and in original condition, the warranty seal is intact, the return request is submitted within the allowed return window, and the Unit has not been installed, opened, or modified. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You agree to follow all installation requirements, use only OEM-spec fluids, maintain proper vehicle operation, submit required documentation when requested, and contact Summit Drive Systems for support before attempting repairs or modifications.
